Once upon a time SMA Hub had a leading position in secondary market annuities. I should know- I was a shareholder in the company.
But recently, customers of SMAHub have been calling with questions, and with concerns…
Calls to SMA Hub are not being answered…
Emails are not replied to….
Payments are late…
And frustration soon turns to suspicion and concern.
Let me be honest- I can’t fix things at SMAHub. But I may be able to buy your payment stream if you’re fed up and have had enough.
For over 10 years I have bought and sold structured settlement payments, with hundreds of satisfied customers. I was a shareholder in SMA Hub from its inception until the end of 2015 when my business partner – who funded the company – and I left to start DCF Exchange.
Today we’re a market leader. Together we have bought and sold over $100,000,000 in payment streams and our customers have never lost a penny.

What Are Your Options For Selling Your Secondary Market Annuities?
When exploring sale options, it’s important to think about what you need, first. You may wish to sell your entire payment stream, or only a portion, or just a specific number of payments.
Selling all your payments liquidates the asset. Going this route, you can get the most money today, but you give up future income payments.
If you decide to sell only a portion of your Secondary Market Annuities, you’ll continue to receive the portion you do not sell. If your needs change again in the future, you can enter into additional transactions to sell some payments. For example, you can sell years one through ten of your payments for a lump sum. After the ten years have passed, your regular periodic payments will resume.
Similar to a partial sale, a lump sum sale allows you to sell a portion of your SMA payments in exchange for a lump sum. This means you’ll receive a specific dollar amount, which will be deducted from future annuity or structured settlement payments.
